Lidiane Mocko, Principal and Founder
Lidiane Mocko was born and raised in a small town in southern Brazil. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). After a few years working as a software engineer in Brazil, her fluency in the English language helped her develop an international career, and she moved to the United States in 2003.
After relocating to the U.S., she took on multiple software development roles before moving into business analysis and software implementation services. Her technical background in development, along with her unique Brazilian warmth and passionate communication skills, has helped Mocko successfully bridge the gap between development, software services teams, and customers.
Mocko received her MBA from the University of Denver in 2014 in order to support her goal of a customer-centered business experience, and launched Mocko Consulting the same year.
Mocko currently lives in Lakewood, CO with her husband Ryan and their dog Lila. They enjoy the Colorado lifestyle year-round, skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
Kristen Ennis, Senior Consultant
Kristen was born in Oklahoma and raised in Denver, Colorado. Kristen completed her undergraduate education from the University of Colorado, Denver receiving a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business and a Minor in Spanish in 2011. While attending CU, she worked as a brand ambassador and retail manager, developing her skills in team leadership as well as product marketing and promotions.
Kristen completed an International Marketing and Business Development Internship in Barcelona, Spain where she was able to directly apply the skills she learned during her undergraduate education. Kristen developed a passion for international travel and learning about different cultures.
Kristen met Lidiane Mocko at the University of Denver in 2012, while obtaining her MBA with a concentration in Business Information and Analytics. Kristen worked in a technology sales prior to joining Lidi at Mocko Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Small Business CRM Coach in 2017. Kristen brings a sales and finance background to Mocko Consulting and a dedication to providing a positive customer experience.
Jessie grew up in Park City, Utah. This triggered her love for the outdoors and being active. Jessie’s active personality resulted in her continuing of soccer and playing at the D1 level at the University of Denver. At the University of Denver, she is in her 4th year of pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree with an interest in advertising, business development, and international marketing.
Advertising and business development was primarily what brought her to intern for Mocko Consulting. Jessie has a desire to gain hands-on experience in assisting a small company grow and develop. Her interest in international marketing derived from her family background. Her mother grew up in Austria, and Jessie was fortunate enough to be born in Austria. Her family lived in Austria then England during her early childhood. This led to her proficiency in German and aspiration to experience different cultures and learn more about new perspectives.
Haley Bamford is an independent creative working with Mocko Consulting. Haley has had a passion for art for many years, starting when she was young with graphic design and other creative fields. She attended STEM Academy for a portion of her education which helped her gather the necessary skills to begin working with a merge of the technical and artistic fields.
Haley is currently attending Arapahoe High School and joined Mocko Consulting in June 2017 to assist with social media, design, and videography to promote our brand. Haley hopes to gain experience at Mocko Consulting that will enable her to continue to develop these passions. Haley plans to attend college next fall to begin studying Computer Science with minors in Graphic Design and Psychology.
